Terms of use for the service 
Bikes and Tours Vaxholm AB SE 559576-6444, operates a rental business where companies and private individuals can rent equipment. The equipment is ordered online and picked up and left at a drop-off location or through home delivery.

1 General
These terms and conditions apply to the rental or sale of goods and services from www.bikesandtourvaxholm.se to companies or private individuals. The terms and conditions will be the basis in connection with a rental or purchase.

2 Definition of parties

Lender or seller is: Bikes and Tours Vaxholm AB, hereinafter referred to as we, us, the lessor or Bikes and Tours.

Lessee is: the person specified as the lessee or buyer in the order, and hereinafter referred to as the lessee, the customer, you, you, yours or yours.

Rental items refer to tools, equipment, experiences and other things that are rented out on bikesandtours.se.

Delivery method/service points refer to delivery or return in a store, delivery point or home delivery.

3 Payment, deposit and prices

Payment is made via Swish, Visa or Mastercard on the web via our payment intermediary DIBS, which meets the strictest security requirements. The renter pays when ordering and the rental agreement is then considered to have been entered into.

Bikes and Tours in Vaxholm AB operates according to accepted rental practice and reserves the deposit amount stated on the order confirmation when ordering. The reservation amount applies as security if the customer returns the item too late, damages the item or does not return it at all. The size of the deposit varies depending on the equipment chosen and is stated in the order confirmation. Bikes and Tours Vaholm AB has the right to use the deposit to cover rent and other costs mentioned above and/or any recourse, cf. point 5 below.

All prices include VAT. The total cost of the purchase is stated before the order is placed and is inclusive of all expenses related to rental or purchase. If there are significantly incorrect prices on the Bikes and Tours website, Bikes and Tours may unilaterally change, delete or reject orders, even after the customer has received an order confirmation or similar. However, such errors must be corrected and notified to the customer within a reasonable time after the error is discovered.

4 Condition of the rental object

Bikes and Tours Vaxholm AB undertakes to deliver high-quality rental objects in operational condition. We have procedures for checking and maintaining the rental objects before and after rental.

During the rental period, you are responsible for all damage to or loss of the equipment. Exemption from liability is possible if the damage or loss is due to technical errors or deficiencies. The renter is therefore obliged to check the rental object before use and to contact Your Company if the rental object is not in the expected condition.

5 Damage

Any damage, technical faults or accidents that may occur during the rental period must be reported immediately to Your Company. We will then do our best to help the renter. Damage must be reported immediately to hello@bikesandtour.se. This also applies in the event of theft.

If the damage occurs due to incorrect use or intentional or negligent handling, Bikes and Tour Vaxholm AB will be able to use the previously reserved deposit and, if necessary, deduct additional outstanding amounts to cover the costs of repair, service or replacement of the tool. This also applies if the equipment is returned in poor condition or abnormally dirty.

We always strive to provide the best advice and tips on how to use the rental item, but are not responsible for the performance or for direct or indirect damage or loss resulting from the use, delays or faults of the rental item.

6 Use of the rental item

Rental items are used at your own risk.

The renter is responsible for ensuring that the equipment and accessories are handled in such a way that it is not damaged or abnormally soiled. The renter is responsible for handling the equipment correctly and safely. The lessor must ensure that the equipment can be used correctly. It is the customer's responsibility to familiarize themselves with the user and safety procedures that apply to the rental equipment.

We recommend that protective equipment is used.

7 Accessories

As a general rule, accessories must be purchased or rented separately when ordering and selected depending on the task the renter wishes to perform. This must be done on the website. The website also describes what is included in the delivery of the rental item.

8 Renter's rights and obligations

The renter must be 18 years of age or older and is required to provide correct customer information when a user account is created to order and rent on bikesandtours.se, which sends messages to the specified email address, address and telephone number. These messages are considered received and valid when sent from us.

The user account is personal and if you suspect that others have access to your account, you are obliged to immediately inform Bikes and Tour
